If the goods you received meet the following conditions, you may submit a return/exchange request within 3 days from the date of receiving the product:
1. For product quality issues, the customer must provide the original test report or original certification documents confirming the quality issue from the brand. Please return all accessories, the user manual, purchase invoice, packaging, and the product during the return process. A full refund will be issued after the customer provides the shipping tracking number.
2. If the goods are damaged during delivery, please provide photos of the outer packaging, shipping invoice, and product images within 3 days of receiving the goods. After confirmation by after-sales service, we will issue a full refund and bear the shipping costs. If you cannot provide the required photos, your claim will not be accepted.
3. If the goods are lost, shipped incorrectly, or sent by mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide the order number, shipping invoice, details of the incorrect or wrongly sent items, and photos of all products to customer service. We will process the relevant service after confirmation. If the after-sales service period is exceeded, your request will not be processed.
4. If your order has any of the above issues, please contact us promptly. We will issue a refund as long as the product is new and unused. We recommend taking photos and describing the issue, then sending them directly to us via online customer service or email so we can confirm the problem and provide the exact return process.
The following items are NOT eligible for refund or return:
1. Any goods not sold on this website;
2. Goods that have been used, damaged, had original tags removed, protective film removed, or product size altered;
3. Requests made after the after-sales service period (customers cannot apply if they do not contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods);
4. Minor damage caused during transportation due to uncontrollable reasons that does not affect product use;
5. Quality issues caused by improper use or storage by the customer;
6. For bundled items, the return policy applies only to individual items that meet the return/refund conditions, not the entire set.
Return/Exchange Process:
1. Submit a return/exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product via online customer service.
2. Customer service will confirm whether the goods meet the return/refund policy. Do not return items unless they meet the policy conditions.
3. After the warehouse receives the goods, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method. Due to different bank processing times, the actual receipt time may vary.
Notes:
1. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2. For return/exchange methods and conditions, please refer to the order details on the sales page.
3. You must keep the original packaging box, instruction manual, all accessories, and any gifts or promotional items included. If there is an invoice, it must be returned with the product and a credit note must be signed; otherwise, the company may refuse the return/refund request.
4. You understand and agree that when requesting a return or exchange, or if the company cannot accept all or part of your request, or if the contract is canceled or becomes invalid for any reason, the company must process the required legal documents such as invoices or credit notes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Once the order is successfully placed, cancellation or modification is not supported. Please ensure your order details are correct before payment. (If you find incorrect information after payment, you must contact customer service promptly to modify or cancel the order.)
